What is Knowledge Exchange?
Knowledge Exchange at CCFSC is the intentional process of bridging the gap between research and action. We facilitate the flow of evidence-based insights, proven strategies, and local expertise across our national network. By connecting practitioners, policymakers, and researchers, we ensure that the best tools for building safer, more inclusive communities are accessible to everyone.
