During the training, participants will delve into the power of collaboration, recognizing its pivotal role in driving effective community safety and well-being planning efforts. They will explore concepts in collaboration, understanding the dynamics of working together towards shared goals and objectives. Through interactive sessions, participants will learn practical strategies for making decisions in groups, navigating complexities, and leveraging diverse perspectives. Moreover, participants will reflect on different types of decision-making, gaining insights into their individual roles within collaborative settings. The training will introduce decision-making tools designed to facilitate informed and efficient group decision-making processes. Emphasizing active engagement and discussion, attendees will have opportunities for collaborative learning through breakout room activities and discussions.
