Intro to CSWB
Purpose: An orientation to the history and work of the CCFSC and CSWB. Gives an overview of the importance and significance of the work, the organizational values and foundational commitments.
Structure: Webinar style lecturette, Q&A portion, semi-formal
Interaction: low interaction, lecturette style recorded sessions for timely viewing and limited live offerings with Q&A.

Speaker Series
Purpose: To educate or inspire with talks on specific topics by experts/practitioners.
Structure: Series of stand-alone events with presentations or panel discussions. Interaction is mostly limited to Q&A sessions.
Interaction: Primarily one way from speaker to audience, with some engagement during Q&A.

Community of Practice
Purpose: To foster ongoing collaborative learning among members with shared interests.
Structure: Regular, informal meetings for discussion, knowledge sharing, and support. Participants may bring content, CCFSC may provide topics, trends or current themes may be explored through discussion (breakout rooms), group problem-solving, and sharing of stuck points and successes.
Interaction: Highly interactive and collaborative, focused on peer learning and problem-solving.

Ask Us Anything
Purpose: To create an opportunity for members to ask questions and engage with staff. Knowledge sharing, requests, and support can be offered.
Structure: Informal, semi-structured, conversational style, large group discussions.
Interaction: High interaction with staff and peers, focused on knowledge sharing, mentoring, and relationship building.
Member Meetings
Purpose: To provide an opportunity for networking, sharing ideas, learning and engaging with other members. A safe space for controversial topics, ideas and challenges regarding CSWB.
Structure: Structured with a specific topic for engagement, breakout room sessions for smaller group discussions, large group sharing. At times these may include presenters or focus groups.
Interaction: high interaction, may include some lecturette style, Q & A time, recorded sessions.
Introduction to CSWB
Purpose: To teach specific skills or knowledge for professional development or to improve job performance in key CSWB areas.
Structure: Structured with a curriculum, objectives, and assessments. Hands-on practice and interactive activities are common.
Interaction: High interaction with instructors and peers, focused on skill application.
